The Goody Girls would like to take a moment to thank all of our Sponsors and guests who came out this past weekend to the HLS&R Championship BBQ Cook-Off and spent time with us. The music was great and the food even better but most importantly being able to spend time with you - our sponsors and guests, was memorable. Stay tuned, photos will start going up in the next week, and we look forward to seeing you in 2011!

Yeah - the RESULTS are in and the Goody Girls placed as follows: Brisket - 1st Runner up Chicken - 5th place Dessert - 8th place There was only a 1.33 point difference between our Brisket and the Champion Brisket, and there was a 4.64 point difference between our Brisket and the 2nd runner up Brisket. It was great seeing father (Rock Smith - Brisket) & son (Brian Smith - Chicken) up on stage at the same time during the announcement of the Finalists. We're mighty proud of our Cooks!
